How the work is arranged
Some work we handle directly, and some is carried out by the manufacturer authorised service agents or specialist engineers we work with. We tell you which applies to your equipment, and what it will cost, before anything is booked. If the equipment was not bought from us, send the make and model and we will confirm whether we can take it on.
Installation and commissioning

Message us on WhatsApp or call +254 720 018916 with the equipment make and model, what is happening, and the facility location. We reply with what the visit involves and what it will cost. Facilities can be served on LPO or invoice.

Do you cover facilities outside Nairobi?
We are based in Nairobi and arrange service visits countrywide. For facilities upcountry we confirm travel and timing with you before scheduling, so there is no surprise cost attached to the visit.
Can we set up one arrangement covering several machines?
Yes. Send a list of the equipment with make, model and location and we will come back with a single schedule covering all of it rather than pricing each machine separately.
How do we start?
