Delivery areas
We deliver to all 47 counties. Nairobi and surrounding areas typically receive same-day to next-day delivery. Upcountry deliveries are made via reliable courier partners.
Delivery timeframes
Items marked “In stock” are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days in Nairobi, and 2 to 5 business days upcountry, depending on the courier route.
Items marked “Available to order” are sourced from our suppliers and typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days. We will always confirm an estimated timeframe before you commit to an order.
Delivery charges
Delivery within Nairobi is often free or low-cost depending on order size. Upcountry delivery charges depend on the destination and courier used, and are confirmed at the time of order.
Large or facility orders
For bulky equipment (hospital beds, theatre tables, etc.) or large facility orders, we arrange dedicated transport and will agree delivery details with you directly.
